Instructions

  1. First Cook: Place the potatoes, sausage, and corn into your Instant Pot. (Add chopped onions now if you like them soft).
  2. Season: Mix the chicken broth, hot sauce, and 3 tsp of Old Bay. Pour this over everything in the pot.
  3. Pressure Cook (Part 1): Seal the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 5 minutes. Perform a quick release when finished.
  4. Add Shrimp: Add the frozen shrimp to the pot, seal, and cook on HIGH pressure for 1 minute. Perform a quick release immediately after.
  5. Tip: If your shrimp are smaller than "extra-large," set the cook time to 0 minutes instead of 1.
  6. Serve: Remove everything to a large tray. Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and remaining 1 tsp of Old Bay. Drizzle this over the food, top with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
