One of my favorite flowers in my garden is the spiderwort. The main reason is that it is one of my flowers given to me from my mothers garden some 30 years ago and it is still thriving. Each time it produces small, perfect, jewel-tone flowers it brings a smile to my face. This perennial is easy to grow in sun or part Sun and will grow in zones 4-11. It will tolerate drought or wet soil and will attract butterflies and other pollinators.
