- 1-2 large sweet potato's
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary;minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
A Simple and Delicious side dish.
- Peel sweet potato’s and cut into wedges.
- Put 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil onto a cookie sheet.
- Place potato’s on cookie sheet and roll around in the olive oil.
- Sprinkle with minced rosemary and salt.
- Bake at 375 degrees until fork tender.
