I dream of being one of those cooks that makes certain he/she has ALL ingredients before starting a recipe — unfortunately, I’m famous for starting something and then realizing that I don’t have what I need. This is a problem as we live about 10 miles from the nearest supermarket. Luckily, I found this chart in a magazine years back and keep it in the front of one of my cooking journals.
