• 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 cup salt (reduce to 1/8 cup for low-sodium version)
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsps paprika
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsps garlic powder
  • 2 tbsps dried leaf oregano
  • 2 tbsps ground cumin
  • 1-2 tsps cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsps ground coriander
  • 1 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Or, whisk together in bowl.
  3. Store in airtight container.

Note:  Adjust or omit cayenne for more or less heat.
