• 4 quarts popped corn
  • 2 cups peanuts
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 2/3 cups dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  1. Cook sugar & butter over medium heat stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla & soda.
  3. Pour over popcorn & pecans; stir well.
  4. Pour spread on baking sheets and bake at 250° for 1 hour.
